1. CA-125 - If you've been diagnosed with either ovarian or endometrial or fallopian tube cancer, a decrease in CA 125 levels indicate that the cancer is responding whereas a rise in CA 125 level will indicate the continued growth of cancer.

2. Pap test - This test will use cells from outside of a woman's cervix. A pathologist will then identify any cancerous cells. A Pap test is generally combined with HPV testing.

3. Beta-HCG - The amount of beta-HCG in the blood of cancer patients generally help to diagnose cancer or even find out how well the treatment is working. Beta-HCG is known to be a type of tumour marker.

4. Urine cytology - Cancer cells in urine are examined under a microscope. Urine cytology can detect some cancers.

5. Thyroglobulin test - This test is mostly used as a tumour marker test that will help in thyroid treatment. Thyroglobulin is made up of both normal and cancerous thyroid cells.

6. Mammography - Mammography is a kind of X-ray that has been designed to view the breast. The images that are produced by mammography can show tumours or irregularities present in the breast.

7. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) - An MRI is generally not used for the screening of breast cancer. But it is helpful for women that are at a higher risk of breast cancer, or when a lump is found during a breast examination.
